An abstract landscape depicts a serene waterscape through horizontal bands of soft, muted colors including pale creams, beiges, sage greens, and deep slate blues, created with layered, translucent washes and horizontal brushstrokes. This contemporary minimalist composition uses atmospheric perspective and color harmony to evoke the peaceful quality of lakes, bays, or coastal views without literal representation. Each horizontal band suggests different elements — sky, distant shorelines, water, and reflections — while maintaining an overall sense of meditative calm and natural rhythm.
This piece creates instant serenity in contemporary spaces that value minimalist design and natural tranquility — perfect for bedrooms where the horizontal lines promote peaceful sleep, meditation spaces, or living areas that serve as calm refuges from busy life. The soft sage and blue palette complements Scandinavian and Japanese-inspired interiors, working beautifully with natural oak, concrete surfaces, and organic textiles. The abstract quality makes it sophisticated enough for modern offices or creative studios, while the gentle subject matter suits any space needing visual calm. The square format works perfectly for compact arrangements or positioned where you want a moment of visual rest in dynamic spaces.
Printed in Australia on premium canvas with archival inks for lasting colour depth. Gallery wrapped and stretched over a solid timber frame — the canvas wraps around the edges for a clean, finished look from every angle. Finished in a floating frame — the canvas sits inside the frame with a visible shadow gap that adds gallery-quality depth and dimension. We do not offer unframed canvas — every piece arrives ready to hang, professionally finished. Available in multiple sizes. The floating frame creates a shadow line around the canvas that makes the artwork appear to float within the frame — a detail borrowed from professional gallery installations.

What’s Inside Every Frame
Most framed art is judged by its front. Ours is built to be judged by what you can’t see: the materials behind the print that decide how it looks in ten years.
Solid Timber, No MDF
Every frame is solid timber all the way through, cut and joined by our own framers. There is no MDF anywhere in the build, so nothing sags or swells with humidity over time.
Thick Acrylic Glazing
Crystal clear acrylic matched to the size of the piece, up to 4mm on our largest frames. Thin glazing bows outward in summer heat. Ours stays flat and true.
Rigid Framing-Foam Mount
Your print is mounted on rigid, acid-free framing foam board, the professional standard, so the artwork never ripples, bubbles or pulls away from the glazing.
Archival Pigment Inks
Printed with 12-colour pigment giclée inks made to hold their colour for decades, even in bright Australian rooms.
Taped, Finished Back
The back is sealed with framing tape and fitted with hanging hardware before it leaves us. Turn one of our frames over and it looks as considered as the front.
Made For Your Order
Printed and framed at our own Central Coast manufacturing facilities after you order. Your piece is made for you, not pulled off a shelf.
