Before you begin

The useful questions, answered.

What can Olive et Oriel customise?

We can recolour many existing OEO designs, adjust scale or placement, remove or add considered elements, work from customer-supplied artwork, or develop a new concept from a detailed brief. Feasibility depends on the source artwork and intended wall.

Is the custom design service free?

The custom wallpaper service includes up to three complimentary design revisions per customer. Additional revisions may incur a fee. Approved custom designs must be purchased within 30 days.

Do I need final measurements to start?

No. Approximate dimensions are enough for the first conversation. Exact wall width and height must be confirmed before artwork approval and purchase. We never infer physical scale from a room photograph.

Can I use my own photograph or artwork?

Yes, provided you own it or have permission to reproduce it. Our team will assess the available file and confirm whether its resolution and proportions are suitable for the intended wall before production.

Can I see the design before ordering?

Yes. We prepare a design proof for review. The design, placement, dimensions and wallpaper type must be approved before the full wall is ordered and produced.

Which wallpaper type should I choose?

Paste the Wall Smooth Matte suits many lasting residential interiors. Peel & Stick requires specialised wall preparation and relevant installation experience. Type II Commercial Vinyl is available where a commercial specification is required. We will guide the choice after learning about your project.

Can I return custom wallpaper?

Because it is created to approved specifications, custom wallpaper is non-returnable and non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or defective. Review the design, dimensions, wallpaper type and wall preparation requirements carefully before ordering.

Your wall should not look like everyone else's

Bring the idea. We will help make it wallpaper.
