Pattern repeats will generally vary on each design, so it is very important to keep this in mind when calculating how much wallpaper you need.

Wallpaper samples are uniquely designed for you to review your chosen pattern & scale and confirm you are happy with the colour and design in general. 

It is essential you purchase a sample (Step 3 in the wallpaper ordering process) prior to ordering a full wall - you need to see how your chosen design(s) will look in your home environment prior to purchasing a full wall. Mobile phone and computer screens are not a reliable way to order wallpaper due to local device and colour-altering screen settings, ordering a sample is an essential part of the wallpaper purchasing process.

Wallpaper is custom made just for you and is not refundable due to change of mind, incorrect choice or wrong decisions.

Samples feature a 'to scale' section of your chosen design along with detailed written information about your chosen wallpaper product.

Samples are not intended for: Highly detailed colour matching purposes. There can be slight shifts in colour between print runs, which is unavoidable in the nature of printing so your wallpaper may vary slightly from sample colouring. Samples are not designed to test if your paint will adhere to self-adhesive wall coverings, you must contact your paint manufacturer prior to purchasing to ensure your paint type will allow self-adhesive wall coverings to bond to it. If you purchase a wallpaper and it does not adhere correctly to your painted wall (bubbling or falls off), this is an issue with your paint type repelling the product. Do not skip our Pre-Purchase Checklist (see above drop-down section) 

Our wallpaper designers will do their best to accommodate any customisation requirements to your final wall purchase like; scale of patten (most can be made smaller or larger) and/or colour changes. Additional samples will need to be purchased if you would like to test any customisations.

Samples are not designed for small projects, as they have specifications and product information on the sample - if you would like a small section of wallpaper for a project please contact customer care for a quote.

You must purchase a sample and review prior to purchasing a full wall to ensure you have chosen the right design for your interior project.

Wallpapers are non-refundable.

Important: Damages are not based on the wallpaper, they occur due to wall preparation. Example: If your gyprock/plasterboard wall was installed, sanded and not thoroughly cleaned prior to priming and painting any wall covering will remove the paint, as the wall has not been prepared correctly.

Any damages sustained to your wall is highly dependent on your local environment and how your wall was prepared from the beginning of it's time - which unfortunately we have no control over.

From plasterboard through to paint - the number of painted coats on your wall, age and type of paint used, undulation, dryness or dampness of your intended surface, no PVA primers used, heat from the sun etc may all have effects when removing wallpaper from the surface, including during installation.

Unfortunately we cannot control your local environment or how your wall was prepared from the beginning of its time.

All we can do is provide you with the highest quality wallpaper and guide you through the above warnings as we believe is important for our customers to understand not only how damages can occur, but why.

Choking hazard: Wallpaper and wall decals are not toys, full adult supervision is required - keep out of reach of children. We advise against hanging wallpaper above a cot, baby or childs bed.
