We print with Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-6100 printers and their 12-colour LUCIA PRO system. Developed for professional photography and fine art, this pigment-ink system reproduces a wide range of colour and subtle tonal gradations—bringing rich colour, delicate transitions and finely resolved detail to your artwork.

Practical answers, before you order.
Does the selected size include the frame?
Art-print sizes refer to the paper. The outside frame is larger. Open the size guide to compare the print and published framed dimensions, and measure your available space before ordering.
What changes when I choose a white border?
The paper size stays the same. A white border leaves an unprinted margin around the image; edge-to-edge fills the paper. Frame and border thumbnails show the difference. If an exact preview is unavailable, we will say so rather than show it as an exact match.
What arrives with a framed print?
Your print is mounted, framed in solid timber with your chosen finish, protected with acrylic glazing and supplied with hanging hardware fitted. Unframed selections do not include a frame or glazing.
When will my order leave?
Each piece is made for your order. Production time can vary by size, order volume and promotional period. Read our current dispatch and delivery information, or contact our team before ordering for a particular date.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Eligible full-priced art may be returned within 30 days for store credit or exchange, in original unused condition and packaging. Return postage applies. Sale, discounted, personalised and other excluded purchases have different terms. Read the full policy. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded by these voluntary terms.
