What file should I upload?
Upload the original, highest-resolution JPG, PNG or HEIC from your phone, camera or computer. Screenshots and images downloaded from social media are usually smaller and may not print as clearly.
Will you check the image quality?
Yes. Our print team checks the file before production. If the selected size is likely to affect clarity, we contact you before printing.
Can I choose black and white?
Yes. Choose original colour, black and white or sepia in the product options. The selected treatment is recorded with the order for production.
Can I return a personalised print?
Personalised pieces cannot be returned for change of mind because they are made specifically from your image. If an order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, contact Customer Care under our returns and exchanges policy.
