Our production facility is located on the sunny Central Coast of NSW, Australia, just an hour north of Sydney. All products are shipped directly from West Gosford. Showroom visits are available by appointment, and collections must be pre-arranged with a confirmed booking time.

Art Orders
We dispatch all art orders within 72 business hours*, ensuring efficient processing and delivery. Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on a business day (Monday to Friday) will enter production the same day, with dispatch occurring 72 business hours later. Orders submitted after this cut-off time will enter production on the next business day.
Discount Code Orders – Important Information
If you place an order using a discount code, your order will be processed in line with our Promotional Offer & Sale Terms & Conditions, which may include extended turnaround times. Please refer to our Promotional Terms page for full details.
Weekend Orders
Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the next business day. For example, orders submitted over the weekend will enter production on Monday, with dispatch occurring 72 business hours later, following our standard production schedule.
Wallpaper Orders
Under normal circumstances, wallpaper orders are shipped within 72 business hours*.
Decals
Similarly, all decal orders are shipped within 72 business hours* under standard operating conditions.
Rush Orders & Same-Day Shipping
We may be able to accommodate same-day shipping requests! If you have an urgent order, please contact our friendly team to discuss delivery expectations and timeframes (fees apply). While we strive to meet all rush requests, please note that this is subject to our production capacity and existing order commitments.
Clarifications & Important Information
What Are 'Business Hours'?
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM AEST, excluding weekends and public holidays in NSW, Australia. Only the hours worked during this period count towards your production and dispatch time.
What Does '72 Business Hours' Mean?
72 business hours is not the same as 3 calendar days. It refers specifically to the time your order is in production during our operating hours only. For example:
- If you order early Monday, your order will be dispatched approximately by Thursday or Friday, depending on quality control.
- If you order Friday afternoon or over the weekend, production starts Monday, with dispatch likely later that week or early the following week.
This allows us to maintain our strict quality control and ensure every custom-made product is produced with care and meets our high standards before dispatch.
What Are 'Normal Circumstances'?
Normal circumstances refer to our standard operating hours, excluding public holidays, long weekends, and peak periods. Peak periods include November, December and January, even if no sales or promotions are active due to increased ordering at this time, as well as major promotional events like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Day sales.
Quality Control Delays
All production times are based on everything running smoothly. If a product does not pass our stringent quality control process, additional turnaround time may be required to ensure it meets our high standards.
Extended Turnaround Times During Peak Periods
During peak periods—including November, December and January, regardless of sales activity—our standard turnaround time is likely to be be extended, you may wish to review the promotional offer terms & conditions associated during a sale for more in-depth information. Quality control checks may also impact turnaround times, as we prioritise delivering every product at the highest standard.

Damages & Replacements
Damages & Replacements
We take great care in ensuring your artwork arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event it is damaged during transit, we are happy to provide a replacement. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange this.
To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, we kindly ask you to provide photos of:
- The external damage to the packaging.
- Any damage sustained to the product itself.

Local orders on the East Coast of Australia are approx 1-4 business days transit time, whilst the Western Australia, NT, Tasmania & SA may take up to 10-14 business days.

A5 and A4 unframed art prints are shipped untracked, via AusPost in a flatpack. You will not receive tracking for these products. All other products available on oliveetoriel.com you will receive tracking advise for.
Please note that all shipping transit times are a guide only and any shipping delays via third party couriers are outside our control. We recommend you review your tracking regularly for updates.

International orders outside of Australia & New Zealand take approx. 4-8 business days to be delivered via our premium, express courier DHL if this option is selected.

Unfortunately, we are unable to absorb delivery costs, which are calculated at checkout to provide you with the most accurate rates based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. These delivery costs reflect the actual courier charges, ensuring transparency and fairness, as you only pay for the delivery services you use.
You will see the delivery cost at checkout before completing your purchase, ensuring you know the total cost upfront.
International Orders
All international orders are subject to a delivery fee, calculated at checkout, and are dispatched using our premium express courier service, DHL. Please note that duties and taxes may be imposed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not reimbursable by Olive et Oriel.

When will my order be ready?
Once your order is ready, you will receive a ‘Ready to Collect’ email or SMS.
Can I come to collect before I receive my 'ready to collect' email?
To avoid disappointment, please wait until you receive your ready to collect email or SMS as your order may not be ready.
Collections are only available after receiving your 'ready to collect' message and cannot be rush processed if you arrive earlier.

- Returned Orders: If an order is returned to Olive et Oriel due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, additional re-delivery fees will apply and must be paid before reshipment can occur.
