We are located on the sunny Central Coast of NSW, Australia - just an hour north of Sydney.
All products are shipped from our production facility in West Gosford.
This is not open to public.
ART
We dispatch all orders within 24 business hours*, offering next-day shipping if ordered before 12:00pm AEST on a business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.
For weekend orders: Orders submitted on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed next business day, meaning your order will be printed on the subsequent Monday and dispatched on Tuesday, ensuring efficient production times following our standard procedures.

We may at times be able to offer same day shipping!
If you have a rush order request, please reach out to our friendly team to discuss delivery expectations within your desired time-frame. We aim to accommodate your request while ensuring our production workflow remains smooth in fulfilling previous orders.
What are 'business hours'? within Monday - Friday business hours of a standard working day (7am - 4pm) (excluding any public holidays or weekends)
What are 'Normal circumstances'? The above normal working hours, and excluding of public holidays / long weekends in NSW Australia and outside of any peak sale periods like but not limited to: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day sales or other periods where a sale or promotional offer is marketed on oliveetoriel.com and/or if your product is held back due to quality control, we will reprint to ensure our high standards are met.
During peak sale periods our standard turnaround time may be pushed out by an additional 10-14 business days.
We ship all products anywhere in the world daily via our premium international courier service, DHL.
Duties & taxes may be incurred and are payable by recipient.
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged in any way, we will replace it. Please contact us within 7 days to organise your replacement.
You will be required to provide photos of:
• All external damages to packaging
• Damages sustained to the product

Choosing our 'express' option at checkout ensures that your purchase will be sent via our fastest available shipping service. Please note that this does not mean 'Australia Post Express' and does not guarantee express dispatch or next day delivery.

Local orders on the East Coast of Australia are approx 1-4 business days transit time, whilst the Western Australia, NT, Tasmania & SA may take up to 10-14 business days.
A5 and A4 unframed art prints are shipped untracked, via AusPost. You will not receive tracking for these products. All other products available on oliveetoriel.com you will receive tracking advise for.
Please note that all shipping transit times are a guide only and any shipping delays via third party couriers are outside our control. We recommend you review your tracking regularly for updates.
We may at times be able to offer same day shipping!
Shipping to New Zealand via our premium, express courier service takes approx. 2-3 business days.
International orders outside of Australia & New Zealand take approx. 4-8 business days to be delivered via our premium, express courier DHL if this option is selected.
Shipping times may vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors such as courier delays which are unfortunately out of our control.

Unfortunately, we are unable to absorb delivery costs, which are calculated at checkout to provide you with the most accurate rates based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. These delivery costs reflect the actual courier charges, ensuring transparency and fairness, as you only pay for the delivery services you use.

International Orders
International orders incur a delivery fee at checkout and will be shipped using a premium, express courier service—DHL. Please note that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are payable by the recipient.

When will my order be ready?
Once your order is ready, you will receive a ‘Ready to Collect’ email or SMS.
Can I come to collect before I receive my 'ready to collect' email?
To avoid disappointment, please wait until you receive your ready to collect email or SMS as your order may not be ready.
Collections are only available after receiving your 'ready to collect' message and cannot be rush processed if you arrive earlier.

The Olive et Oriel shipping policy applies to any and all information within this detailed page. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. If an order is returned to Olive et Oriel due to an error in the customer entering incorrect mailing/address details, re-delivery fees are passed onto you, our customer, for the reshipment to occur.
