Custom Wallpaper Terms & Conditions
1. Olive et Oriel offers a complimentary custom wallpaper design service for customers. This includes up to three (3) design revisions per customer, not per design. Additional revisions beyond the complimentary limit may incur a fee.
2. Custom designs are created based on the customer’s specifications, including patterns, colors, or unique concepts. Customers must provide clear and detailed instructions for their desired design to ensure an efficient process.
3. A digital proof of the custom wallpaper design will be provided for customer review. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the final design before production. Any changes requested after final approval will be treated as a new design and may incur additional charges.
4. Custom wallpaper designs created by Olive et Oriel are for personal or project use only and remain the intellectual property of Olive et Oriel. These designs may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written consent.
5. Custom wallpaper designs must be purchased within 30 days of final approval. Olive et Oriel reserves the right to decline additional custom requests for customers who do not proceed with an order after receiving complimentary designs.
6. Custom designs are typically completed within 5-7 business days from the initial request, depending on the complexity of the design. Production and shipping times will vary based on the selected wallpaper type and delivery location.
7. Due to the bespoke nature of custom wallpaper, all sales are final once the order is placed. Custom wallpaper is non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
8. The complimentary design service is intended to assist customers with specific projects. Olive et Oriel reserves the right to limit or deny custom design services in cases of excessive or unreasonable requests.
