Will a photo from my phone print well?
Most modern phone photos work well when you upload the original file. Avoid screenshots and images saved from social media. Our team checks every file and contacts you before printing if the selected size may affect clarity.
Can I upload artwork or an illustration instead of a photo?
Yes. You can upload photography, digital artwork or an illustration that you created or have permission to reproduce. Use the highest-resolution JPG or PNG available.
Which file types can I upload?
The upload form accepts common image formats including JPG, PNG and HEIC. Use the original file rather than a compressed copy whenever possible.
Can I choose portrait or landscape orientation?
Yes. Choose portrait when the image is taller than it is wide and landscape when it is wider than it is tall. Framed canvas products are separated by orientation so the proportions remain clear before ordering.
Which frame finishes are available?
Framed art prints and framed canvases are available in solid timber frames with oak, white or black finish. Art prints can also be ordered unframed.
What happens if my image is too small?
Our print team reviews the file before production. If the selected size is likely to look soft or pixelated, we contact you to discuss a smaller size or a better source file.
Can I return a personalised print?
Personalised pieces cannot be returned for change of mind because they are made specifically from your image. If an order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, contact Customer Care in line with our returns and exchanges policy.
