What sizes do you offer?

Olive et Oriel can print our artwork in almost any size you require! If you don't see the size you're after, just get in touch.

About our designs:

Olive et Oriel proudly offers both an in-house exclusive collection designed and professionally photographed, along with a curated art range from artists around the world.

Can you customise a print for me?

We sure can. We can custom print anything you like (yes, even your family photos!) and most of the time, we can alter our artworks to almost any size or colour tone you require! Simply email us at help@oliveetoriel.com prior to ordering so that we can discuss the size you're after.

Can you help me with selecting prints?

Absolutely! We love helping customers style their homes. Simpy upload an iphone or smartphone photo here and we will digitally style some different looks so you can get a visual of our designs in your home.

Do your prints have a white border?

You have the option to add a white border to your print. This does not change the overall dimensions of your print. We recommend that you do not add on a white border if the frame you have at home already has a matt border insert. Olive et Oriel frames do not come with matt border insert, please select the white border option on our product to obtain this look.

Processing Your Order

Please allow 24hr (business days only) for processing, printing, and packaging of your print or poster order. Shipping times are additional to our 24hr processing time - please ensure you've read the shipping guidelines below & selected the correct shipping option for your needs.

Framing specifications

All frames are made from plantation grown, sustainable timber in either an oak, black or white finish. Selecting 'Frame It' will result in your art print arriving framed up, ready to hang! 

A5, A4, A3, A2, 40 x 50cm, 50cm x 70cm, 60cm x 90cm, 70cm x 100cm, 32 x 32cm, 50 x 50cm, 70 x 70cm frames are 20mm frontal frame and 30mm depth of frame.

90 x 90cm, 100 x 100cm, 100 x 130cm, 100 x150cm frames are 30mm frontal frame and 40mm depth of frame.

Please note that posters are not mounted to the backing board on our standard frames. Professional mounting of your poster will occur if you select your art to be framed in our OEO Luxe Frames.  

Glass or Perspex?

We use professional framing perspex (not glass) with excellent tolerances, far superior to glass with crystal clear transparency.

Frame finishing

Large format frames (100x130cm and 100x150cm) come with an instruction kit on how you will need to hang your frame for stability and safety, also included is a strong plastic coated wire and bump-ons which help to protect your wall when hanging. Our smaller frames (70x100cm and smaller) have black tabs on the back of the frame for you to hook over your nail/screws for hanging.

Framed prints do not come with a matt border insert. You are however able to have a white border around your image by selecting this option on your chosen design. 

Custom framing options are also available outside our normal sizing, and take 10 business days for production with further time for shipping. 

Hanging your Olive et Oriel frame

Hanging your artwork, two screws are better than one and always use either the black sawtooth tabs on our 70x100cm and smaller frames or follow the instructions for our large format 100x100cm and larger frames. Ensure your artwork is secure by having it suspended with screws into a stud.
Never lift of hang your artwork by the bracing wire!

Caring for your Artwork

Hang with caution in any areas where there is a lot of moisture and light. The condensation, humidity and steam from bath tubs, showers and kitchens area can be damaging and causing warping or rippling effects to print/poster. It’s better to hang your art in places that have less moisture and more ventilation.

Hanging artwork near a front door also exposes it to a lot of light and fluctuations in humidity. Both of these things can cause warping, fading and rippling to the print.
Avoid using glass cleaner on perspex as you may damage the front of your Olive et Oriel frame. Instead, use a soft microfibre lint free cloth to gently wipe over the face of the frame.
Do not expose the frame to water, as this will deteriorate the materials used to create the frame body.

Shipping Options

Free Standard (untracked) Shipping 

is applicable on all (unframed) prints and posters within Australia only, this is automatically applied at checkout and requires no minimum spend. 
Australia: Free standard (untracked) shipping takes on average 5 business days, with some states (WA, SA, NT) and/or regional areas taking from 5-8 business days.
Rest of the World: $15 Express & tracked shipping is sent with our priority couriers and takes between 2-5 business days. 
For all international shipping, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable. Unfortunately we are unable to give an indication on your local countries customs/duties fees, this is governed by your local country and not by Olive et Oriel.

If damages have been incurred during shipping - Olive et Oriel will replace the artwork at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48hrs if this has occurred.

Olive et Oriel offers free standard shipping on unframed artwork (Australian residents only), however this is only for the initial order. If an order is returned to Olive et Oriel due to an error in the customer entering incorrect mailing/address details, re-delivery fees are passed onto you, our customer for the reshipment to occur. Orders cannot be cancelled at this point in time. Please double check you have entered the correct details before placing your order. 

Olive et Oriel is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by postal/shipping companies or customs, we wish we could be however sadly these things are completely out of our control.

How will my prints & posters be packaged?

All small prints come packaged with a clear plastic sleeve and thick backing board. They are shipped in a strong, flat rigid mailer. Please take care on opening the packaging not to damage your artwork.

All posters come packaged in a strong mailing tube, with the prints safely wrapped inside to stop any damages. 

Note: Small prints may be dispatched separately from posters, in a flat rigid envelop to avoid damaging their delicate nature.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! All orders are dispatched from our Australian based design studio - please see shipping policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Please choose carefully, we don't offer refunds / returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong decisions or incorrect choice. Artworks are artistically designed & edited, if you have any queries about a particular artwork - please contact us before placing your order.

Olive et Oriel take special care in packaging of all artworks, posters, wallpapers & decals in order to ensure a safe transit from us to you, however in the unfortunate circumstances where an item arrives faulty or broken please notify us immediately and once reviewed (we will require photos of packaging and product) we will help in arranging a replacement or repair for you. 

We will authorise a refund or online store credit if we are unable to replace or fix a faulty product. 

Please email relevant photo(s) through to help@oliveetoriel.com or call us on 0497 453 519 immediately within 48hrs of receiving damaged or incorrect artworks so we have the issue resolved for you.
